We Continue Our Service for You!

The further spread of the coronavirus Covid-19 is causing uncertainty throughout Europe and poses new challenges for us all. The health of our customers and employees is a top priority for FS. For this reason, compliance with the recommendations of policymakers and the WHO is a matter of course for us.

We have summarised all information about our service and our measures in the course of the corona crisis on this page:

Order and Delivery

You can continue to order from FS around the clock as usual. Generally, shipping within Germany is possible without any problems, however, due to the current situation there may be delays. We ask for your understanding in advance.

In the Customer Section on FS.com you can check the current shipping status of your order. For more information about delivery and possible delays please visit the websites of our shipping partners DHL, TNT and UPS.

The return of ordered products is also possible with these partners. In addition, orders can still be picked up personally. To do this, enter a desired pick-up time on the checkout page.

Contactless Parcel Acceptance

Delivery and logistics companies in Germany are currently trying to reduce contact with customers to the bare minimum. This can mean, for example, that the driver places the parcel in front of the customer's door or maintains a certain safety distance when handing it over. You can also specify a place where the driver is to drop off your parcel as an address extension when ordering.

Customer Service

If you have any questions about our products or your orders, our support team will continue to be available for you in live chat or via phone and e-mail.

Protection of Our Employees

Since the beginning of the current situation in connection with Covid-19, we have introduced preventive safety measures at our sites. These include frequent cleaning cycles as well as regulations regarding safety distances in the area of logistics.

We remain optimistic and hope that the situation will improve soon. Together we will do everything we can to overcome this challenge.

Please stay safe.
