FS Singapore Builds Local Warehouse and Tech Team to Better Serve Southeast Asian Customers

Nov. 1st, FS News – FS has set up a local warehouse to provide faster delivery service for customers in Singapore and ten other ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) states. Furthermore, a local professional technical support team is also built to better serve customers with onsite support service.

What to Expect From FS Singapore Local Warehouse and Tech Team?

FS Tech Pte Ltd., known as the FS Singapore branch, is established to be more efficient in handling customers’ demand for fine products, prompt delivery, and excellent customer service. Except for the timely and responsive online customer services, now FS Tech Pte Ltd. also strives to provide customers with onsite support and free local shipping services.

Free Onsite Support Service

FS Tech Pte Ltd. understands and wants to help customers who need technical engineers to physically come to their business and give a hand in installing their products efficiently. Therefore we launch the onsite support service to help customers in product installation. Spare parts service is also included in the onsite support in case of an urgent product replacement or supplement for your projects. These onsite installation and spare parts services are now totally free for Singapore customers. When placing an order on products stocked in our SG warehouse, customers can choose the FS Delivery & Installation option and select the installation date and time. SG customers also can apply for onsite installation service on the completed orders placed within the last three months in your FS account as long as the products were locally shipped. Our onsite technical support team will arrive and finish the installation within the scheduled time. Currently, we only provide onsite installation in units of single product available in the SG warehouse. In the near future, we will extend our onsite support service to all products we can install and help customers to do product assembly and network solution deployment.

Free Local Shipping on Orders over S$99

Products in the SG warehouse will be delivered to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and other ASEAN countries. Singapore customers who place an order over S$99 can enjoy our free shipping service (oversize or heavy items are not included).
