For all fiber optic transceivers and DAC & AOC cables, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, which means the request must be submitted within the return/exchange window. Refunds will be processed after FS receives and inspects the returned items. It will take about 5 business days to receive the refund. As for exchanges, if the replacement units are in stock, it can be shipped within 1 business day. If the replacement units are out of stock, your account manager will inform you once it is shipped.
We offer you a warranty period of five years for the purchase of almost every optical transceiver or DAC & AOC cable. FS warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, or improper installation or improper operation or repairs made by anyone other than FS or an FS authorized service provider. Q: What happens if my parcel is damaged upon arrival or goes missing?
A: If you have already received your product and find that it is damaged, please take photos or videos on site and send them to us.
