Bend Insensitive Fiber Patch Cables

June 28, Shenzhen. FS News – FS has launched a full series of bend insensitive fiber patch cables to minimize signal loss caused by bend loss issues in fiber optic transmission network.

Having good control of loss budget is the basic requirement for every fiber optic network installer. Bend loss, caused by optical cable bend, is a key issue that installers often face during fiber optic network installation. Bend loss issues are difficult to locate. And they tend to cause ongoing intermittent failures which will greatly reduce the transmission quality of a fiber optic network. Bend insensitive fiber patch cables, using bend insensitive glass, are designed to reduce the bend loss.

Except lower bend loss, bend insensitive fiber patch cables can provide much stronger fiber connections comparing with standard fiber patch cables. Thus, Bend insensitive fiber patch cables do not only solve the bend loss issues, but also provide a more durable fiber optic network environment. With these great features, bend insensitive fiber patch cables are widely used in a variety of applications, like FTTH, data center and environments that require high density. In addition, bend insensitive fiber patch cables can also provide easier fiber optic cable handling due to the above mentioned features. With lower bend loss, more flexible network design and planning are also available.

To meet the various requirements of the customers, FS have launched a full series of bend insensitive fiber patch cables, which are available in different fiber types, connector types and jacket types and polishing types. All these bend insensitive patch cables are 100% factory tested. Kindly contact sales@fs.com or visit Bend Insensitive Fiber Patch Cable page for more details.
