S5850 Series Switches to Build a Lossless Network

In August, FS launched four new S5850 switches to meet the needs of high-speed, safe, and intelligent enterprise networks, including S5850-48S8C, S5850-48S8C-DC, S5850-48B8C, and S5850-48T4Q-PE. They are packed with high-density ports and hardware-level chips to provide superior processing performance. MLAG and redundant power supplies enable S5850 series switches to realize worry-free network stability. With advanced features, such as latency monitoring, S5850 series switches can help to build a lossless and low-latency network, making it well-suited to multiple application scenarios.

Industrial Modules Delivering Superior Performance in Harsh Environments

In August, FS enriched industrial transceivers that can provide 10G/25G/50G/100G transmission in industrial scenarios, as well as PON industrial transceivers that support long-distance transmission up to 20km. These industrial transceivers can work in various harsh environments, such as telecommunications, outdoor applications, mines, and so on. In addition, FS industrial optical modules offer low power consumption, which saves energy and reduces heat dissipation, and they have been tested in real-world applications for superior performance, quality, and reliability.

High-performance Cables for Diverse Applications

The four newly launched cables are suitable for different applications, all offering high reliability and cost efficiency, making them a good choice for cabling.

Industrial Patch Cords have superb protection capacity and can work in extremely harsh conditions, even keeping powerful performance in washdowns and temporary flooding conditions.

400G DAC & 40G DAC support flexible cabling, simplify patching, and provide a cost-effective solution for short links.

Cat6a Slim Patch Cable takes up less space, which helps reduce congestion in high-density data centers and telecom rooms.

Network Cameras Enabling All-round Security

FS has introduced two new network cameras that can maintain full HD video while reducing storage, providing detailed information such as license plate numbers and faces. Infrared LEDs are also equipped, making nighttime surveillance a non-issue.

The IPC425-8M-P network camera performs better in terms of definition and visual distance, which is more suitable for outdoor scenarios such as SMBs, neighborhoods, superstores, etc. The IPC201-2M-P network camera is well-suited for home surveillance and can be used for indoor residential surveillance, small convenience stores, etc.

Power Distribution Units and Power Cords to Improve Electricity Distribution

In August, FS launched a variety of new power distribution units (PDUs) that can effectively optimize electricity distribution and power monitoring. They provide advanced, user-customizable power control and active monitoring, which contributes to energy optimization and circuit protection in data centers.

The newly introduced power cords are durable and allow for easier connections, saving space and minimizing cable clutter. The combination of these two products provides a reliable and cost-effective solution for electricity distribution in enterprises and data centers.

Various Tools to Optimize Cabling Management

Various tools are also released to help customers optimize cabling management in diverse application scenarios.

FS faceplates can reduce cable clutter and hide them behind the wall, providing a professional appearance while keeping the cabling organized. The newly released surface mount boxes are easy to install and remove directly. The angled filler panel can provide a clean and consistent look for the cabling system when used with angled patch panels. It can also fill unused spaces to optimize airflow.

We'll be back next month with another update. Have a great month.
