FS MTP®/MPO Fiber Cables for High-density Cabling System
Explore the FS MTP®/MPO fiber cables designed for high-density cabling systems. Discover the advantages of efficient cable management, seamless connectivity, and enhanced scalability for your network infrastructure. Unlock the potential of high-density cabling with FS MTP®/MPO fiber cables.
Why Choose FS MTP®/MPO Fiber Cables?
High-Quality Components Enable Efficient Connectivity
Brand Connectors: US Conec MTP®, renowned for their precision engineering, deliver exceptional reliability and low insertion loss. With their high-density design, they enable efficient connectivity in space-constrained environments.
Brand Fibers: Corning bend-insensitive fiber technology offers enhanced flexibility and durability, allowing for easy installation and maintenance. Moreover, it minimizes signal loss caused by bending, ensuring consistent and reliable data transmission.
Multiple Product Types to Meet Diverse Application Needs
Rate Migration: MTP®/MPO fiber cables can match FHD® (FS High Density) series MTP®/MPO fiber cassettes which offer 8/12/24-fiber MTP® adapters on the rear of the units routed to duplex LC/SC/MDC adapters on the front patch field, which interconnects with high-density fiber cable assemblies for multiple applications. The connectivity enables high-density, cost-effective 10G deployments and the simplest migration to 40G, 100G, and even 400G.
Backbone Connection: MTP®/MPO fiber cables are used for FHD® (FS High Density) series MTP®/MPO fiber panels with fiber adapters that provide a means to connect backbone-to-backbone or backbone-to-horizontal fiber cabling. Used with an FHD® series enclosure and for a pre-terminated Plug-n-Play cabling system, it provides a more stable, compact solution for your network.
Special Services Enhanced MTP®/MPO Fiber Cables Reliability
Warehouse and Delivery: FS has 7 warehousing centers (USA, Germany, Australia, Singapore, China, Japan, UK) worldwide, and we cooperate with many international logistics companies (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Startrack, etc.) to bring global customers more efficient and accurate delivery services.
Test Center: A comprehensive performance testing system ensures more secure operation and keeps a more stable and reliable data connection. 3D interferometer testing verifies the MTP®/MPO polishing process and makes all parameters of the polished MT ferrule comply with and exceed industry standards. End-face inspection inspects the connector end face for scratches, defects, and contamination to keep the tips clean, which improves communication quality and reliability and keeps the network uptime.
Product Warranty: FS ensures that the products have gone through fully strict quality control from the purchase of raw materials to the entire manufacturing process. Besides, we warrant maintenance for defects in materials and manufacture to the original purchasers. If you have some problems with your products, FS provides maintenance service for those products that have not exceeded the after-sales warranty term.
Explore FS MTP®/MPO Fiber Cables Family
MTP®/MPO Trunk Cables
MTP®/MPO trunk cables are designed with MTP® connectors on both ends, which are well-suited for high-density fiber patching in data centers that need space saving and reduce cable management troubles. FS provides OS2, OM4, OM3, and OM5 fiber modes with 8-24 fibers in an MTP®/MPO connector. Cable jackets are available in Riser, OFNP, and LSZH flame ratings, and custom polarities type A, type B, and type C. Those FS MTP fiber cables are excellent for passive network infrastructure backbone cabling and enable rapid deployment for your campus LAN or data center facility.
MTP®/MPO Harnesses
MTP®/MPO harnesses are indeed multi-fiber pre-terminated cables with an MTP®/MPO connector on one end and multiple LC connectors on the other. Single mode OS2 and multimode OM3/OM4 MTP®/MPO to LC breakout fibers are also provided at FS. Additionally, MTP®/MPO to SC duplex/simplex, ST simplex, and FC simplex can be customized at FS for your various cabling requirements. Even for very tight spaces, FS has introduced MTP® to MDC OS2 breakout fibers, which increase fiber density by a factor of three than LC connectors. All FS MTP®/MPO harnesses are optimized for 40G QSFP+ PLR4 to 10G SFP+ LR, 400G OSFP/QSFP-DD DR4 to 100G QSFP DR, and 400G OSFP/QSFP-DD XDR4 to 100G QSFP FR optics direct connection and high-density data center applications.
MTP® PRO Trunk Cables
The MTP® PRO trunk cables are bend-insensitive and pre-terminated with MTP® PRO connectors on both ends, factory polished for low-loss performance. FS OS2, OM4, and OM3 MTP® PRO trunk cables are equipped with 8-12 fibers in an MTP® PRO connector. OFNP and LSZH cable jacket options are supported for different flame rating requirements. This design allows for pinning and polarity changing in the field, which is ideal for data center high-density applications requiring quick infrastructure deployment.
MTP®/MPO Conversion Cables
MTP®/MPO conversion cables are designed to provide a more flexible multi-fiber cabling system based on MTP® products. Unlike MTP® harness cable, MTP® conversion cables are terminated with MTP® connectors on both ends and can provide more possibilities for the existing 24-fiber cabling system. Conversion options of 24/16 to 12/8 fibers are provided at FS, and all can achieve 100% utilization of fibers. As usual, fiber types of OS2/OM3/OM4, cable jackets of OFNP and LSZH, and cable lengths of 0.5 meters and above can be customized according to customers' needs at FS.
Conclusion
Overall, different types of MTP®/MPO fiber cables have different advantages. By carefully considering the advantages of different MTP®/MPO fiber cable types, you can select the appropriate cable that meets your specific application requirements and ensures optimal performance and reliability in your optical fiber connections.
